Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Director of Site Operations to manage a 380-person Pepperidge Farms bakery. You will drive safety, quality, cost and engagement while partnering with internal and external customers and suppliers.

The role requires strategic leadership, talent development, and a culture of continuous improvement to achieve business objectives. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations across all departments, lead cross‑functional teams, monitor KPIs, and champion governance and standards to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• 8+ years manufacturing and supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of people management in a high-performance environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Equipment Reliability, Six Sigma knowledge.

• Lead daily plant operations through direct reports.
• Ensure safety, engagement, talent development and retention.
• Align goals with the organization’s vision and drive flawless execution.
