Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Director, Account Management to lead strategic automotive sector accounts in a work-at-home US role. You will develop growth plans, engage CXO-level stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own P&L targets.

The role emphasizes digital transformation conversations and delivering measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate has proven revenue achievement, strong presentation skills, and experience selling complex services within a BPO/software development

Qualifications

Experience selling into the Automotive sector or BPO/consulting environments.
Proven ability to lead digital transformation discussions with C-level executives.
Strong revenue responsibility and ability to develop growth plans.

Responsibilities

Understand the digital transformation landscape and value of CX solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
Deliver sales presentations to executives and coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs.
Own the Account Growth Plan and drive cross-functional delivery.
Manage P&L and achieve growth, revenue, and utilization KPIs.
