Cox Automotive Canada seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the Auction Marketplace Release Train within the Wholesale Marketplace Delivery Stream. You will own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Manheim Marketplace investment, guiding the product team, coordinating with engineering, design, data, and operations to boost buyer engagement and transaction conversion.

In addition to directing AI-enabled capabilities, you will establish KPIs, align stakeholders, and ensure readiness

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 10+ years in a related field or 8+ with a master's/PhD or 18 years experience alternative.
• At least 5 years in a Management or Lead role.
• Analytical thinking, business acumen, project administration and management, requirements analysis, and technology savvy.
• Ability to build partnerships, engage others, guide team success, lead change and lead with vision.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, coaches, and develops the Auction Marketplace product team, shaping structure and capacity across the release train.
• Owns product strategy and roadmap for the Manheim Marketplace investment to align with release train strategy.
• Oversees product lifecycle from discovery to launch, validates problems with customers, and coordinates with engineering and architecture leaders.
• Identifies and delivers AI-enabled marketplace capabilities with clear adoption and business impact.
