Cox Automotive, a leader in automotive marketplaces, seeks a Director of Product Management to drive the Auction Marketplace for the Manheim platform. This role leads product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes, coordinating with engineering, design, data analytics, and commercial teams to boost buyer engagement and transaction conversion.

It also steers AI-driven capabilities and governance across the release train.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years' related work experience with leadership roles.
• Strong analytical thinking, business insight, and technology savviness.
• Ability to build partnerships and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops the Auction Marketplace product team.
• Owns strategy and roadmap for the Manheim Marketplace investment.
• Leads product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
• Defines and tracks key performance indicators for the release train.
• Delivers AI-enabled marketplace capabilities and AI Transformation efforts.
• Coordinates with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams.
