Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Director of Associate Relations to lead and develop the AR team across the enterprise. You will oversee performance management, coaching, and calibration to ensure consistent decision-making and execution.

The role partners with field leadership and COEs to implement HR policies and programs, while identifying risks and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and usability. Hybrid work location in McKinney, TX with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting field leaders in a multi-location or regional environment.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within defined decision rights and enterprise standards.
• High level of integrity, judgment, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead Associate Relations function with accountability for performance management, goals, calibration, development planning and corrective action.
• Identify risk indicators, feedback loops, and communicate findings to HRBPs and COEs to improve programs.
• Execute enterprise HR policies, programs, and initiatives consistently across all locations; support policy updates with COEs.
• Own team-level HR execution metrics and drive corrective actions through training or escalation to COEs.
