SRS Distribution - McKinney seeks a Director of Associate Relations to lead the AR team nationwide, ensuring policy-driven HR program execution across locations. You will oversee escalation management, governance, and coach managers and specialists to improve decision quality and outcomes.

Effective leadership, strong knowledge of employment law, and a proven track record managing multi-site HR advisory services are required. Hybrid work model with executive HR collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years HR experience with associate relations focus.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Associate Relations function and oversee AR Specialists and Managers.
• Provide team-level coaching on HR policies and associate relations practices.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and usability.
• Manage escalations and partner with HRBPs and COEs on policy updates.
• Monitor metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance.
