Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with labor and employment law and ER practices.
• Ability to analyze data to identify AR activity and trends.
• Strong guidance on policy interpretation and union avoidance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to regional leaders on labor and employment trends and AR needs.
• Interpret and ensure consistent application of company policies and programs.
• Analyze regional/store data to identify AR activity and develop action plans.
• Support EEOC, DOL, OFCCP and other claims resolution and workplace safety matters.
• Train management on AR and labor relations matters and develop customized training.
