Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Product Director – Asset Owners to shape vision, strategy, and execution for Asset Owners solutions. You will lead a team of product managers, build compelling roadmaps, and ensure offerings meet evolving client needs.

You will stay ahead of regulatory shifts, collaborate across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and compliance, and own go-to-market efforts. The role requires deep Asset Owners and investment management experience and a track record of

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing product managers.
• Deep expertise in Asset Owners and investment management industry, including regulatory landscape.
• Proven ability to build and execute product strategies and roadmaps in B2B SaaS, Asset Owners investment management environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience engaging with Asset Owners clients, gathering requirements, and translating them into successful product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Asset Owners solutions.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain detailed product roadmaps for Asset Owners clients and prospects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and market trends in Asset Owners.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client success, and compliance.
• Engage directly with clients to translate workflows into actionable product initiatives.
• Oversee product launches with marketing and sales for effective positioning.
• Track product performance and iterate to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Ensure all Asset Owners products meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
