Job summary

Principal Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Product Management within its Enterprise Data & Analytics organization. You’ll lead a team of Product Managers, shaping product strategy for data product families and driving data-informed decisions across the enterprise.

You will coach a high-performing team, oversee prioritization and execution, and align multiple product roadmaps with enterprise goals while collaborating with key partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business, technology, or product management experience.
• 5+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment.
• 2+ years of informal or formal leadership experience.
• Proven success in driving product outcomes across multiple products and shaping business strategy.
• Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods and ability to mentor others.
• Experience with research, synthesis, ideation and testing in a dual-track discovery/delivery loop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to define and execute product strategy.
• Provide oversight to prioritization, planning, and execution processes.
• Develop a consolidated product family strategy and roadmap for transparency.
• Represent EDA in enterprise initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Assist other product families to maintain roadmaps and perform stakeholder management.
