PerkinElmer is seeking a Practice Director for Asset Management to own global commercial performance, pricing strategy, and the multi-year roadmap. You will align the commercial and operational sides, drive strategic initiatives, and build a scalable, profitable service portfolio across regions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and champion digital transformation while ensuring delivery excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Own the commercial performance of a global practice with revenue and margin responsibility.
• Define offering strategy, pricing, and market positioning grounded in evidence.
• Lead end-to-end service development from concept to scaled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the practice globally, including revenue, growth and profit.
• Define the offering strategy and multi-year roadmap with market and customer insights.
• Own service development end to end from concept through launch and hypercare.
• Own go-to-market and sales enablement, including training and collateral.
• Set and protect delivery standards with governance and quality frameworks.
• Manage vendor and spend economics behind the practice, including OEM relationships.
• Champion digital transformation and partner with Digital Product Management.
• Build workforce capability plans and succession for critical expertise.
• Represent the practice externally through executive forums and partnerships.
• Recruit and lead a high-caliber team of SMEs and engineers.
• Maintain training and compliance in health, safety, and environment.
