Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking an Asset Genius Strategic Program Lead to own and execute the Asset Genius program at a key account, guiding strategy and operational delivery across instrument data, capital planning, and service contract decisions. This onsite role collaborates with R&D, Finance, and Instrument Management Owners to ensure successful deployments and adoption of insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical/scientific discipline.
MBA (or equivalent) required.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a technical environment.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role with direct reports and/or cross-functional team matrix environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with peers, managers, customers, and other technical support professionals are critical to success in this role.
Travel requirement of up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Own the Asset Genius program across all workstreams, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences.
Develop, maintain and execute the strategy for Asset Genius in partnership with the client.
Act as the link between client strategy and OneSource technical teams, ensuring license deployment and data needs align.
Lead OneSource’s cross-functional Asset Genius team to drive strategy and deliver results.
Monitor program performance, anticipate client concerns, and adjust plans accordingly.
Report on activity and value delivered across strategic pillars to demonstrate progress toward objectives.
