Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Five (5) years of experience in real estate, construction management, business administration, or related areas.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing asset management strategies and policies.
• Coordinate asset management programs, projects and bureau operations.
• Support budget development and monitoring processes.
• Supervise personnel and oversee major projects and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyses for senior leadership.
