TriNet is seeking a Director of ASO Sales to lead a team of high-performing ASO Sales Consultants and deliver the sales plan for an assigned industry vertical. You will hire, coach, and manage field sales activities to achieve revenue targets and drive a team culture focused on performance and accountability.

The role requires 3+ years of sales management experience, PEO/ASO expertise, and strong ability to influence C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years successful sales management experience, preferably leading a field-sales team.
• Proven PEO, HCM and/or ASO experience required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, encourage, develop, and lead a team of ASO Sales Consultants.
• Hire, attract and retain top sales talent through exceptional leadership and disciplined selling.
• Inspect and hold your team accountable to sales activity, weekly goals, and calendars.
• Observe and coach your reps through weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, ride-alongs and call shadowing.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets through a standardized management operating rhythm.
• Build referral and business partner ecosystem to support sales goals.
