Job summary

TriNet, a leading HR solutions provider, is seeking a Director, ASO Sales in Atlanta to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver the regional sales plan. You will drive quota attainment, coach reps, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to remove barriers and accelerate deals.

The role requires 3+ years of sales leadership, PEO/ASO experience, and strong forecasting skills, with travel up to 25% and a focus on building a team-based culture that delivers results.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of successful sales management experience leading a field-sales team.
• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience.
• Proven PEO, HCM and/or ASO experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of ASO Sales Consultants to meet quotas.
• Hire, attract and retain top sales talent through disciplined leadership.
• Inspect and hold the team accountable to activity metrics and calendars.
• Achieve revenue targets through a standardized operating rhythm.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support velocity in deals.
