Job summary

SBA Communications in the United States seeks a Director, Area Construction to drive the operational and financial performance of the Construction Services line within a designated area. You will shape strategy, lead project delivery, and ensure safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

You will recruit and mentor Territory Managers, manage budgets and schedules, review contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

• Business development and sales for designated business line.
• Annual, quarterly and bi‑weekly operational and financial projections.
• Ensure projects and territories are staffed adequately.
• Train and advise Territory Managers on staffing, budgets, customers, and contracts.
• Monitor contracts and ensure proper review and implementation.
• Track financial performance for the line and manage A/R.
• Lead and delegate projects to Territory Managers based on geography.
• Ensure safety and quality practices and OSHA guidelines.
