Job summary

SBA Communications seeks a Director of Area Construction to lead site development and construction programs across designated territories. You will forecast budgets, supervise Territory Managers, and optimize staffing, safety, and contractual execution to meet company objectives.

Travel up to 50% is required; you will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely, compliant project delivery and financial performance. Strong leadership and telecom construction experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience in wireless construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Territory Managers and field teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
• Develop annual/quarterly projections and budgets for designated business lines.
• Review contracts, staffing, and project budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor financial performance and AR across the line of business.
