Qualifications

• 10+ years of billing and collections experience in a professional services firm environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing AR teams and implementing collection strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the AR & Collections team personnel and ensure operating needs are met.
• Oversee collection policies, processes, and cash applications to improve aging and cash flow.
• Resolve collections issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor AR metrics and aging, including 90+ days accounts, and escalate as needed.
• Mentor AR staff, set goals, and evaluate performance regularly.
• Report to the Senior Revenue Director and participate in department projects.
