Considine Search is seeking a Director of Applied AI and Engagement to lead the AI and Knowledge department, turning real-time AI transformation into working tools, trained people, and measurable client value.

This executive role guides AI Engineers, adoption specialists, and engagement attorneys, owns the firmwide AI delivery roadmap, and sets standards for design, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven manager and team builder with experience leading AI-focused teams.
• Fluent enough in AI to guide technical work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to deploying solutions and delivering measurable client value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Applied AI and AI Engagement teams, including managers and specialists.
• Own the delivery roadmap for firmwide AI workflows and tools.
• Set design, testing, release, and maintenance standards for AI workflows.
• Drive adoption with training and enablement programs across the firm.
• Define and report metrics on adoption, usage, quality, and impact.
• Oversee client-facing AI engagement and partnerships with other departments.
• Collaborate on product management, data strategy, and solution development.
