• Drive cloud-native architectures and containerization.
• Oversee environment strategy across DEV/QA/UAT/PROD.
• Ensure observability for proactive issue detection.
• Collaborate on disaster recovery testing and RTO/RPO.
• Ensure security standards and patching are included.
• Support cost optimization through efficient resource use.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and set priorities.
• Define and promote development/deployment standards.
• Work with other departments to align solutions.
• Manage budget and forecasting.
• Manage team performance and HR actions.
• Manage application development and support end-to-end.
• Coach employees and set performance standards.
