Job summary

Palm Beach Day Academy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Advancement Operations to start immediately at the Flagler Campus in Palm Beach, FL.

You will serve as the primary administrator of the Raiser's Edge donor database and oversee gift entry, acknowledgments, and related workflows. You will build regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to support leadership, Board reporting, and campaign tracking, while ensuring data accuracy and system integrity across

Qualifications

Five or more years of administrative experience in nonprofit/independent school setting.
Understanding of annual fund and engagement strategies.
Experience with donor-facing activities and backend operations.

Responsibilities

Administer Raiser's Edge to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Oversee gift entry, acknowledgments, and processing workflows.
Audit data for accuracy; run cleanups and improve records.
Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and boards.
Manage moves management, pledges, and annual report data prep.
Automate recurring database tasks and troubleshoot integration issues.
Maintain Raiser's Edge as the central data/tool for advancement operations.
