Wiley is seeking a Senior Director to run Business Analytics & Operations within the Research organization. The role partners with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, build analytics foundations, and drive data-led growth across a matrixed organization.

The position emphasizes governance, dashboards, and cross-functional program leadership, with a focus on advancing insights for strategic decisions and organizational transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, analytics, strategy, or a mix including executive-support roles.
Proven ability to support P&L-owning leaders, manage operating rhythms, and communicate across functions.
Ability to build, instrument, and govern analytics and reporting to enable growth.

Responsibilities

Design and own operating rhythm for EVP/GM, including meetings, reviews, and board reporting.
Stand up and maintain KPI sets, dashboards, and forward-looking pipeline visibility.
Lead cross-functional programs and ensure alignment, governance, and execution.
