Wiley seeks a Senior Director to lead business analytics and operations within the BMSP and Research. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into structured execution and build the analytical foundation with dashboards, KPI frameworks, and pipeline intelligence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, analytics or strategy.
• Experience supporting P&L-owning senior leaders and operating rhythms.
• Strong analytical skills with models, dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the operating rhythm for the EVP/GM, Research and the BMSP team; prepare board materials and executive briefings.
• Build and govern the Business Analytics function, KPIs, dashboards, and pipeline analytics to inform growth.
• Lead cross-functional programs, align resources, and ensure delivery visibility across functions.
