Job summary

Zeno Group is a fiercely independent, global communications agency seeking a Director of Analytics. You will lead analytics programs across corporate, consumer and healthcare clients, translating data into measurable business outcomes and guiding cross-functional teams.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to advance the agency's analytics capabilities. You will mentor teams, shape client programs, and help grow Zeno's analytics practice while collaborating with strategy,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics experience in an agency, consulting or client-service environment.
• Experience developing measurement strategies and analytics frameworks.
• Strong understanding of paid, earned, owned and social media measurement.
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets.
• Experience building client-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with analytics, social listening and media intelligence platforms.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and turning data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and client leadership across projects.
• Oversee integrated analytics programs across paid, earned and owned channels.
• Develop dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance.
• Partner with strategy, creative and media teams to integrate analytics into planning.
• Identify new measurement approaches, technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering collaboration.
• Support business development by communicating the value of analytics.
