Job summary

Zeno Group is seeking a Senior Vice President, Data & Intelligence to lead the U.S. Data & Intelligence practice's operational strategy, staffing, forecasting and delivery excellence. You will partner with practice leaders, client teams and cross-functional partners to optimize performance and drive growth.

The role focuses on modernizing analytics workflows, enabling AI-enabled delivery and strengthening operational performance while delivering exceptional client outcomes across programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, operations, communications, marketing or related fields within an agency, consulting or client-service environment.
• Proven success leading analytics operations, delivery organizations or large-scale professional services teams.
• Experience overseeing staffing, resource planning, forecasting, utilization and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of analytics delivery, integrated communications and agency operations.
• Experience developing scalable operational processes, governance frameworks and delivery best practices.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing profitability, forecasting and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, utilization, forecasting, delivery operations and overall business health for the U.S. Data & Intelligence practice.
• Develop staffing strategies, balance team capacity and ensure client programs are delivered efficiently, consistently and at the highest quality.
• Create scalable workflows and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and visibility across analytics delivery.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to streamline analytics workflows.
• Provide executive oversight and strategic counsel for select client relationships and growth.
