Job summary

Experian Health is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead the datamart, analytics tooling, and data governance, delivering AI-ready data platforms for internal and external customers. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and build a high-performing team across analytics, data platform, and tooling, shaping data-driven products.

You will partner with Engineering, Compliance, and product leaders to drive strategy, governance, and commercialization, with flexible work arrangements

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data platform, analytics, or data product leadership, incl. 3+ years managing a team.
• Experience building or scaling an enterprise datamart, data platform, or analytical tooling function.
• Experience with data governance including quality, lineage, and definitions, for AI/ML prep.
• Experience with data commercialization or data-as-a-product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy/roadmap for Experian Health's datamart, analytics tooling, and data infrastructure.
• Set the strategy for self-serve analytics tooling for internal teams and customers.
• Own data governance standards (quality, lineage, definitions) for AI/ML readiness.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Compliance to meet HIPAA/regulatory requirements as datamart scales.
• Identify where AI/automation can speed up insights, data quality, and governance.
• Build, develop, and lead a cross-functional analytics/data platform/tools team with clear OKRs.
• Collaborate with product leaders, Sales, and Client Success to present strategy/progress to CPO.
• Develop business case for data commercialization turning health data into sellable products.
