You will oversee data pipelines, BI solutions with Tableau and Snowflake, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable dashboards and reports while ensuring

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, New Relic, and AWS.
• Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient and reliable data integration into Snowflake.
• Lead the development and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau and other tools.
• Work with management to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Develop and execute project plans to deliver data analytics solutions on time.
• Analyze datasets to answer stakeholder questions and drive performance improvements.
• Create source-to-target mappings and information-model specs.
• Propose data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
• Develop best-practice reports and dashboards from data mining and visualization.
• Present information using advanced data visualization techniques.
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings.
• Ensure compliance with data security and PHI regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
