Job summary

Experian Health seeks a senior data platform leader to drive strategy and roadmap for its datamart and analytical tooling. You will lead a team delivering data, infrastructure, and insights for internal and external customers, while owning data governance standards for quality, lineage, and AI/ML readiness.

Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Client Success to enable data-driven decisions across healthcare and other verticals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data platform/analytics leadership.
• 3+ years managing teams.
• Experience with enterprise datamarts and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance standards for quality, lineage, and AI/ML readiness.
• Drive strategy and roadmap for Experian Health's datamart and analytical tooling.
• Lead data, infrastructure, and insights teams delivering to internal and external customers.
