Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Director — Special Investigations to lead high‑risk AML investigations and drive proactive risk‑mitigation across the enterprise. You will supervise end‑to‑end cases, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering, and guide SARs and regulatory inquiries.

The role requires 10–15+ years in AML with a focus on retail banking, strong leadership, and ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of AML experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML laws and international regulations.
• Experience guiding and influencing cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive AML investigations spanning complex typologies and high‑risk customers.
• Manage the Special Investigations pipeline from intake to resolution.
• Develop narratives and ensure SARs and regulatory deliverables are well documented.
