Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting and reviewing complex crypto financial crime investigations across products (retail transfers, spot trading, derivatives).
• Experience preparing, reviewing and filing SARs/STRs with multi-jurisdictional obligations.
• Ability to perform data-driven investigations using SQL and blockchain analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Strong ability to produce clear, structured long-form reports for technical and leadership audiences.
• Experience identifying typologies and turning findings into program improvements.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end investigations into complex AML/CFT matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Review and file SARs/STRs ensuring regulatory defensibility.
• Lead proactive investigations using on-chain activity and OSINT to identify high-risk patterns.
• Develop actionable intelligence to inform regulatory reporting and control enhancements.
• Collaborate with MLROs, compliance teams, and operations on high-risk matters and strategy.
• Coordinate with law enforcement on information requests and intelligence sharing.
• Support investigation quality through case review and policy training.
