Job summary

Advantest America Inc. in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Sr. Director to lead the Global Supply Chain & Business Systems. You will shape strategy for AIS's supply chain, raw materials, outsourced manufacturing, and enterprise systems, reporting to the COO or CEO.

You will supervise teams across planning, procurement, inventory, ERP, and process automation, driving continuous improvement, supplier partnerships, and risk management on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership in global supply chain, operations, or related functions.
• Experience with PCB/PCBA or high-tech manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with AIS objectives and financial targets.
• Lead procurement, sourcing, materials management, planning, logistics, and supplier management across AIS.
• Oversee raw material planning, inventory management, and forecast processes.
• Manage outsourced manufacturing partners and contract manufacturers; establish performance metrics and commercial agreements.
• Own ERP and enterprise systems strategy, development, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with COO/CEO and cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence and scalability.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team; establish performance metrics and governance.
