Job summary

ICM is scaling and seeks a Director of Supply Chain Management to build and lead the systems, people, supplier relationships, and operating discipline across projects, AMS, manufacturing, and regional execution.

This hands-on leader will move ICM from reactive expediting to proactive supply chain control by improving visibility, supplier discipline, budgeting leverage, D365-enabled workflows, and decision quality in line with our values.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, logistics, or related complex projects.
• Proven success in supplier relationships, negotiation, and spend analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build the supply chain operating system with standards for procurement and inventory.
• Lead strategic supplier relationships and negotiate plans.
• Consolidate spend and improve pricing and lead times.
• Enable project delivery, AMS, and regional execution with visibility.
• Improve inventory accuracy, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Provide decision-ready reporting on supplier performance and risk.
• Develop and coach Project Buyers and inventory staff.
