Job summary

The Catholic High School of Baltimore is seeking a Director of Institutional Advancement to lead all fundraising efforts, donor relations, and advancement programs. You will oversee major campaigns, grant writing, and alumni engagement while guiding the school's communications strategy.

With a strong background in development, you will manage data systems, volunteer relationships, and annual giving, reporting to the President and collaborating with the Administrative Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Five years’ professional fundraising experience.
• Proficiency with Raiser's Edge or comparable CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fundraising activities including major campaigns and donor development.
• Oversee public relations and marketing for the school.
• Write grants and liaise with foundations.
• Direct the planned giving program.
• Maintain accurate records of alumnae, parents, and friends.
• Direct alumnae relations and special events.
