Cleveland Central Catholic High School seeks a Director of Advancement to lead the development team and drive fundraising strategy. This role partners with the President and Advisory to advance the school’s mission through major gifts, annual funds, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings senior leadership experience in advancement, exceptional donor stewardship, and a track record of successful campaigns within Catholic education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of executive-level experience in Advancement/Development with staff management, annual fund, major gifts, planned giving, comprehensive campaign, event planning, and marketing or public relations experience preferred.
• An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement team and develop the strategic fundraising plan.
• Oversee comprehensive campaigns, annual fund, major gifts, and planned giving.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with alumni, donors, and community partners.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and analytics for advancement programs.
• Represent CCC at school events and community engagements.
• Coordinate with President and Advisory Board on governance and strategy.
