Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree recommended.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ethical fundraising aligned with AFP/Prizmah guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee a comprehensive multi-year fundraising program.
• Oversee annual campaigns, events, and grants to meet goals.
• Partner with Board to set and achieve fundraising targets.
• Lead and train volunteers and staff to support development.
• Track and report fundraising activities and donor engagements.
