Job summary

The University of Cincinnati Foundation seeks a Director, Alumni Engagement to lead programs that connect Lindner College of Business alumni with the university and alumni association. You will collaborate with college leadership, volunteers, and development staff to shape engagement opportunities and events.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in alumni relations or related roles, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of alumni relations or closely related experience.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diplomacy and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between UCAA and the Lindner College of Business.
• Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic engagement goals.
• Build relationships with college-based alumni, students, and donors.
• Lead the Lindner Alumni Council and coordinate with volunteers.
• Oversee outreach and events including Homecoming, Alumni Week, and awards.
• Monitor budget and report progress to senior leadership.
