Qualifications

• Volunteer management experience with alumni or other volunteer boards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary alumni officer for an assigned college and build relationships with alumni.
• Direct a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy including campaigns, events and reunions.
• Plan, organize and develop methods for increasing alumni and volunteer participation.
• Manage a portfolio of alumni, prospects and key volunteers and identify engagement opportunities.
• Develop fundraising programs for revenue and resources for alumni programs.
