You will build partnerships with colleges, state agencies and external funders while shaping strategies with clinical and operational leaders to improve staffing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise workforce strategies for priority allied-health occupations.
• Analyze workforce demand, vacancy trends, retirement risk and education program capacity.
• Develop business cases and a balanced portfolio of workforce solutions.
• Lead allied-health student placements and partnerships with colleges and education bodies.
• Collaborate with executives, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and education leaders.
• Establish governance, operating standards and performance measures.
• Develop and manage budgets and supervise team members.
