• Proven experience leading nursing operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.
• Licensure as Registered Nurse in Massachusetts is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical, operational, and financial performance across surgical and procedural services.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
• Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and hospital leadership to drive quality, efficiency, patient access, and service line growth.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and resource management.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives using data, evidence-based practice, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and patient safety standards, including Joint Commission, DPH, CMS, and professional guidelines.
