Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in workforce development, workforce strategy, allied-health education, healthcare operations, academic partnerships, talent pipelines, complex program leadership, or related work.
• Ability to travel; Hybrid work model with on-site expectation two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term enterprise workforce strategies for priority allied-health occupations.
• Analyze workforce demand, vacancy and turnover trends, retirement risk, and labor-market dynamics.
• Build strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and external partners to support education and placement.
• Lead budget development and management for operating and grant-funded initiatives.
• Represent Allied Health on the Workforce Planning and Development Leadership Team.
