Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Director of FP&A, Value Architecture to lead development and management of the value case for AI transformation initiatives. You will partner with Digital, Technology and Engineering, Finance, Portfolio Strategy, and the CFO organization to ensure credible, affordable value cases with measurable ROI across the transformation portfolio.

You will define the value hypothesis, KPIs, and measurement framework, align value cases to budgets and long-range

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, strategy or related field.
• 10+ years in value management or strategic finance.
• Experience with affordability modeling and total cost of ownership.
• Pharma/biotech experience preferred. People management required.

Responsibilities

• Define value hypothesis and KPIs for initiatives.
• Connect value cases to budget and long-range planning.
• Track realized value against investments.
• Partner with Finance and DTE on governance.
