Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR is seeking a qualified professional to enable AI governance compliance across the lifecycle. You will design and deploy controls, monitor AI use, and collaborate with engineering to embed compliant practices at scale.

You will translate evolving laws into risk identification, lead cross-functional policy development, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with Walmart’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or 6 years' compliance experience.
• 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area, plus 2 years supervisory experience.
• 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy process and technology solutions to manage risk and enhance compliance at scale. Collaborate in building responsible AI tools and capabilities for developers to build and deploy AI responsibly at scale.
• Collaborate on and communicate compliance strategies related to AI governance technology throughout AI lifecycle.
• Continuously test and monitor AI use, identify potential gaps, recommending and enabling corrective actions. Build and deploy process for consistency in monitoring and testing, and operations at scale.
• Contribute to and evaluate compliance program metrics and coordinate cross-functional policy and training development, and technology design and deployment, for organizational alignment.
