Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in software engineering or related area (or 6 years) per the ad.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities: coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture to ensure scalable, resilient systems.
• Lead design reviews to validate feasibility and design alignment with best practices.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products via data-driven practices.
