Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s AI Business Solutions team seeks a Director to lead the development, solutioning and deployment of AI solutions across diverse sectors, partnering with CEOs, Boards, Private Equity and Governments to drive value. You’ll shape client AI journeys, bridging technology and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll guide engagements, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor colleagues while navigating travel requirements.

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings, ideally across multiple sectors.
• Experience engaging directly with clients to assess their needs and propose AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
