EY-Parthenon's AI Business Solutions team is seeking a Senior Director to lead the solutioning and deployment of AI initiatives across multiple sectors. You’ll shape client strategy, drive transformative AI programs and guide cross-functional teams to deliver concrete business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Experience engaging directly with clients to assess their needs and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals.
• Must reside in or within commuting distance to the office.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.
