EY-Parthenon’s AI Business Solutions team leads the development and deployment of AI solutions for top clients across multiple sectors. You’ll work with CEOs, boards, and government entities to translate complex data into strategic wins, guiding transformative projects from concept to delivery.

The role requires a strong consulting background, deep AI expertise, and the ability to manage teams and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Engineering, or a related field with about 5 years of experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 3 years.
• Significant management consulting experience and a history of delivering AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Ability to engage directly with clients to assess needs and propose AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, solutioning, and deployment of AI solutions across industries.
• Guide clients through the AI landscape, delivering innovative, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with CEOs, Boards, PE firms and governments to maximize impact.
• Manage client engagements, timelines, and workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Ensure security, ethics, and regulatory considerations are integrated into solutions.
