Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a leader in strategic advisory, seeks a Senior Director to lead the AI Business Solutions team. You will drive solutioning and deployment of AI across multiple sectors, helping clients transform operations and performance with cutting-edge AI capabilities.

The role requires deep client experience, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with senior executives, manage complex engagements, and mentor rising consultants

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings, ideally across multiple sectors.
• Experience engaging directly with clients to assess their needs and propose AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary; travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Help clients navigate the AI landscape and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.
