Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years of experience.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Experience engaging directly with clients to assess needs and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals.
• Willing to travel and work beyond standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, solutioning and deployment of AI solutions across sectors.
• Guide clients through AI strategy and implementation leveraging EY-Parthenon capabilities.
