Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s AI Business Solutions team drives AI-powered strategy and implementation for leading clients across industries. The Senior Director role leads solution design and deployment, guiding complex AI initiatives with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Engineering or related field with 8 years of related experience, or graduate degree with ~7 years of experience.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solutioning and deployment of AI solutions across sectors.
• Guide clients through the AI landscape and develop innovative client solutions.
• Collaborate with CEOs, Boards, and Private Equity to shape client outcomes.
