Job summary
LS Solutions in Philadelphia is seeking a Director, AI Strategy Architect to lead the development and transformation of AI solutions across industries, leveraging cloud services to improve customer experience, operations, and decision-making.
You will design multi-agent conversational AI systems, advise executives, drive business development, mentor teams, and partner with major cloud platforms to advance AI offerings while maintaining ethical and scalable practices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud tech with leadership.
- Advanced degree in CS/data science/engineering preferred; at least Bachelor's.
- Deep expertise in AI ecosystems of Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience building multi-agent systems and chatbots.
- Knowledge of MLOps, scalable AI, and ethics.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver multi-agent conversational AI systems.
- Advise senior stakeholders on AI strategy and roadmaps.
- Drive business development with proposals and client engagements.
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI and cloud engineering.
