Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud tech with leadership.
• Advanced degree in CS/data science/engineering preferred; at least Bachelor's.

• Experience building multi-agent systems and chatbots.

The Director, AI Strategy Architect leads the development and transformation of AI solutions using cloud AI services, improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration, quality, scalability, and security within enterprise workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Drive business development by identifying market opportunities, developing proposals, and securing client engagements, while fostering strategic partnerships.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting technical excellence and career growth in AI and cloud engineering.
• Collaborate with platform teams (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce) to enhance AI capabilities within ecosystems.
• Set strategic vision for AI offerings, stay current with AI advancements, and foster a culture of innovation aligned with digital strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum eight years' experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technology, with leadership roles in consulting or tech organizations. Certifications are a plus.
• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field preferred; at least a Bachelor's degree required.
• Deep expertise in AI ecosystems of Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud, particularly in building intelligent multi-agent systems and chatbots.
